The tiring plains are an open expanse of hills and gullies. Miles of grass cover them, though they are not quite as lush and green as you would first assume. The tropical air keeps the grass dry and prickly, but this is still a common social area for the horses of Triodad.

Sub-board: Faraway Meadows

Talon Forest is a large wooded area not so closely packed with trees or as dangerous as the Hidden Grove, but still has its dangers lurking in the shadows. There are many areas in Talon Forest where there are wide spaces between trees, creating small, open areas for horses to sleep, stand, or hold conversation in.

Triodad's tiny village was full of buildings, all locally owned, including a general store, and health center. However, since the deaths of the humans, everything has pretty much fallen apart. The buildings have worn down and many ceilings have fallen through with termite damage. Overall the town is a depressing place to be in, but that does not mean there are not interesting things to find in the dilapidated buildings. Curious horses should beware the dangers that may befall them in the buildings, though.

The Stonefields are exactly that. They are pretty much the closest thing to a desert that Triodad has though it isn't sand and covers this expanse that borders both the Southlands and the Northlands. The entire field is covered in stones and hardly any grass or water. The few trees and bushes here are old and dead and provide hardly any shade or relief from the sun. Water is scarce here also.
